A Little More About Our Service

Thanks for working with the Ranch Hands Team. Our team of professional staff will arrive 1 ½ hours before your serving time. Stand back as they work quickly to unload, setup the serving area, fire up the barbecues, and begin cooking for your guests. Our team will be wearing jeans and gray Ranch Hands tee shirts.

We are planning to bring our own table(s) for the buffet(s). However, we will gladly use your table(s) if you'd rather. We will also be bringing red paper tablecloths for the buffet table only, baskets, glass bowls and chafing dishes, disposable plates, napkins and flatware plus our ‘signature' fresh daisy centerpieces in cowboy hats – all included in your price. The host needs to arrange for trash containers for the serving and guest areas.

Our staff will keep the buffets open for one hour. They will prepare your menu selections, and keep the buffet replenished for your guests as they pass through the buffet line. Unfortunately our insurance carriers won't permit us to serve any perishable food NOT prepared by Ranch Hands at your event. After one hour of Service, our staff will clean up the barbecue and serving areas before they leave. Leftovers will be left at your location provided you have proper refrigeration. Or we will return them to our kitchen for you to pick up at later time, or to be donated to local charity.

The price included your staff, food and equipments as described above. Added to this will be an 18% service charge, sales tax and any special costs such as parking or entrance fees to your event. We reserve the right to add predetermined charge for difficult access or loading (e.g. many stairs, long distances, sand, or hills) or for travel time to any location farther away than one-half hour from our kitchen. You will be informed ahead of time if a charge for delivery is necessary.

We are able to keep our “value pricing” low because we don't make any substitutions to our menus. We will be pleased to recommend an event coordinator to handle any of the details of your event that fall outside of food service.
